These abnormally dividing cells than turn in to “tumor” and may also spread to other parts of the body from where it started but it is always named for the place where it started.

2– Sustaining Healthy Weight is one important factor to protect yourself from cancer as there is a link between overweight and obesity to many types of cancers. Physical activity is anything that gets you moving. Just 30 minutes of physical activity 5 times a week can go a long way towards improving your health.

3– Scientific evidence shows that eating mostly plant-based foods — whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and beans — plays a big role in preventing cancer and contributing to a healthier life. Because of higher content of Fibers, Phytochemicals and Nutrients that prevent cancer growth in body and maintain healthy body weight. Nourish your body by covering your plate with 2/3 rd of plant food and 1/3 rd of animal food. 4– For Cancer prevention, best way is to quit smoking and alcohol consumption. Tobacco use is the single greatest avoidable risk for cancer mortality worldwide and research suggests that the risk of cancer increases with the amount of alcohol consumption.

5– “Early Detection Is The Best Protection” – To find cancer early, while it’s small and before it has spread, adults should have regular tests called screening exams. These tests help your medical provider find common cancers before they cause symptoms.
