HOL platform is available for the sole purpose of facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients who choose to use our online consultation service.  The service provided through our website is not intended in any way to be a substitute for face to face consultation with a doctor.

Our basic motto is to provide an accessible Health service to our customers. Our platform helps you to connect online, in real time, to doctors. Our objective is to cater the needs of our patients by offering this service.

Terms & Conditions

While taking HOL online consultation services, you agree to

• We just play a mediator role between our customers and our doctors.
• When you choose to use HOL online consultation service, you will be provided with the list of health care professionals based on the selection criteria you provider and provider availability.
• Our doctors deal with non emergency health related issues. In case of emergency, rush to hospital.
• We have a strict verification process for every doctor available on call. Any doctor that you consult with, is a verified medical practitioner with all their documents manually verified by our team.
• Online consultation from a specific doctor shall be available subject to doctor’s availability.
• Confirmation of your appointment with a specific doctor, as per availability, shall be confirmed to you through our CSR.
• The time provided for consultation to you is indicative and actual consultation time may change depending on consulting doctor’s discretion.
• It would be the responsibility of the caller/ health seeker to provide correct personal details like age, height, weight, previous history so that the doctor can assist better.
• Our doctors will give you medical advice on your health issue and help you identify next steps which may include further tests, a prescription or lifestyle tips.
• Every on call consultation with doctor or health practitioner is completely private and confidential.
• Customer is not allowed to use foul language, if so your call will be disconnected and you will not be entertained next time.
• Weak internet connection may result in performance issues. There is a possibility of interruptions and technical difficulties to this service.
• By using HOL online consultation as a customer indicates that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

• HOL may at any time, without any prior notification to you, modify these terms of conditions.
• Please review the latest version of the terms & conditions before proceeding to avail the service.
• If you continue to use the service, it shall be deemed that you agree and abide by the modified terms & conditions.

We may provide notices and other communications to you regarding our policies by email to your email address that we have on record, or by posting it online. Notices will be delivered to you by our admin email id info@hol.com.pk.
