A healthy body is useless without a relaxed state of mind, mental health is way more important than physical health. It makes people know their real self; their passion and their dedication.

It includes the social, cognitive and psychological well-being.it is not only important at a single stage of life but is significant throughout the life. Mental health impacts your thinking, behavior and mood as a whole. Mental illness would greatly harm daily lifestyle, relationships and physical wellbeing.

Keeping a check on people’s mental health would enhance their ability to enjoy life. Short term exposure to situations which cause stress and anxiety may lead to chronic depression and other mental illness.

A study suggest that genetic history of the family can greatly increase the chances of mental illness as certain genes put a person at higher risk of it,however,having a certain gene doesn’t ensure the presence or absence of mental health.
